Shannon's - Pine Bluff

The food was incredible, and I can be a tough critic. The staff made me and my family feel right at home, as if we were dining at our own table. I ordered the daily hot bar, and it was delicious. My family and I were visiting from Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and we're really glad we chose to stop at Shannon's. We will definitely be back again!

The food and service were outstanding. The staff was friendly and attentive. However, the cook’s behavior was quite surprising. It was off-putting to hear her yelling from the kitchen, “DON'T ANSWER THAT PHONE!” I felt bad for the ladies who had to abruptly hang up on a customer just trying to inquire about the daily vegetable offerings. The caller didn’t even attempt to place an order, but regardless, it’s part of the job to handle such inquiries when you’re on the clock. Overall, it was frustrating to witness.

Shannon may not have a trendy atmosphere, but it is spotless and offers fantastic prices. They serve a delicious breakfast menu all day long. We shared a hamburger, and there was plenty for everyone at a reasonable cost. We've been here several times and will definitely return. The service is excellent, and the waitstaff is very friendly.

Came to Arkansas to visit my niece at Pine Bluff. Stopped by for some food. Wasn't feeling the food too well. Hashbrowns were burnt.

Food is good. Wait service depends on who's sitting at the table with you. Popular restaurant in a small town where you can see just about every body there at some point. The social atmosphere does it. ...if that's your thing.
