Kfc - Pine Bluff

Bought 12 pieces family meal worth $35 including tax and I felt rob with chickens, sides and biscuit that I got. It's all trash! Especially the chicken that is dark brown that seems to be reheated and deep back in an old over-used oil, too oily when I got it, I'm 100% sure they just drop it back to their overused oil and served it without even dripping it. Biscuit is old and hard. Sides mash potato that I didnt ordered cause I order just gravy is nasty and too salty. French fries old with a nasty oily taste. I seldomly give food review but I totally regret coming to this kfc branch. I just want to cry with spending hard earned money with the quality of food that I got. Don't come to this store or you will never forget the bad experience that you will get! Don't ever buy from this kfc store, one of the worst decisions I regret in life.

Tasty food served fast. I got a side of the Cole slaw and it was as great as ever. Very clean on the inside and the people were very friendly.

Don't waste your money here, good isn't good anymore. They need to bring back the original spicy chicken

I have not had the terrible experience that others seem to have here, have reviewed the other reviews, but I have gone through the trip thru once or twice and it seems like a very average / medium class kfc. the personal is not particularly friendly, but they do something better than just tolerate the customers. this place is definitely better than the 28th? road near food smart, which I checked today.
