Hey, Arby's! I ordered lunch for my team today and I had a few issues. The drive-thru staff forgot to give me the root beer and the curly fries that were supposed to come with the beef and cheddar combo. I also didn’t receive my receipt. One of the crinkle fries was cold, and my French dip was also cold, although the sauce was lukewarm—mind you, it was only a 7-minute drive from Arby's to work. The staff member was polite, but it felt forced; he was struggling to be friendly. He handed me the bags with one hand, mixing up the smaller bags with the larger one, and said nothing. Thankfully, I thought to use both hands to carry them. I didn’t even hear a “thank you.” The customer service at this Arby's was quite odd.

I had a coupon for a chocolate shake, but unfortunately, it wasn't at the location I expected. However, I really enjoyed their hot crinkle fries; this location did not disappoint! It's a bit out of my way, but whenever I find myself near this Arby's and craving it, I will definitely come back. The staff was very friendly, which is a great bonus!
