The food was not only fairly bland but the portions were too small, kids sized, leaving us still hungry, and we are not usually big eaters. We actually ordered food from another restaurant before we even left the parking lot. Since he was working alone the service was fairly slow, but to add insult to injury, he didn't mention that he had included 18% service charge until after I had signed the charge slip. And there were only three of us so the thing on the menu saying there would be an 18% service charge for parties of 5 or more did not take effect. We were very disappointed and certainly will not be returning, and I absolutely do NOT recommend the 613 Grill restaurant.
Guys, let me tell you something. This device must change its name from 613 Grill to 613 Cuisine! Everything (Hear Me, everything is from SCRATCH! I have NIE onion rings as flaky (thin coated and as seasoned with such complementary spices as these. They are so easy I actually cut through them too hard and they slide from my plate (LOL! . The Fön crispy, but not burned. Sensational. Oh, Lord, the Fire Poppers (spicy chicken bites came into a secret sauce that is rich, sweet and tasty and so inviting that I literally swallowed my fries through the sauce and smashed them down. Shame! The 1/2 pound burger comes every way you order it and is with all the fixes you would expect and presented so delectable you just want to start munchin before friends and family get their plates. The Chicken Shawarma Pita/Wrap... with hummus and Israeli salad. You just have to shake your head after you have grilled in a little coffin (can someone just sigh with me? The Pita Bread is NOT your thick, gummy flat processed tasting material we usually get Stateside. This is homemade bread with the right amount of crispy and soft center... this bread is the perfect pouch stuff. Meatballs, vegetarian pita you call! Perfect. Imported. And just as we wanted to burst, Zach had let us test the Tiramisu. I wanted to lie under the table I wanted to kiss! How did the owners Tiramisu do so (how do you explain something coming from heaven?? Lovely!!! I had my share of Tiramisu and please believe me when I say: I don't care how many calories this has it ON POPPIN!!! The plastered cream not sweet and icky, but smooth as brandy and the chocolate (rollin my eyes was the perfect consistency on the top and around the moist cake layers. Really? The concept of a scratch restaurant is only that it is made to order. You wait for what you order. It's not under a heat lamp ready to shoot. Nothing came from Costco in a bag. If not, go the road to Culver 's. Zach is very personal and enjoys what he does. He is passionate about what he does and raises his customers about his dishes. Oh and if someone can get him to tell you how he prepares the sauce for the Fire Poppers, let a sista know! Great work!!!
Very good Israeli kosher food! I ate a Shawarma there and it was super good! The Pita bread was fresh and the meat was sooooo good! I will definitely go back there, enjoyed every bite! Keep the good work and see you soon.
Best food in Phoenix. The owner took care of us and we had great service. The size of the review was surprising and I was afraid that something was omitted. It won't deprive you of having a great meal there.
Great food. A little Expensive. Waited for almost an hour once to be told that the kitchen is closed. Other than that, i like it here.
