Star Pizza - Philadelphia

I used to love this place.. but they can’t even give you a plain cheesesteak correct!! I’m told if you say plain cheesesteak that means NO CHEEEE either!??? HOW!??Customer service stinks!… instead of correcting the mistake they basically say oh well your stuck with a dry steak sandwich.. and when I say dry .. I mean my dog wouldn’t even eat it!!!!!Never again… this was the second time..

This place is starting to decline. Continues to get my orders wrong. Within the past few months.

The staff was very nice. I had a grilled chicken Caesar salad. The chicken was dry and not very tasty. The family had cheese steaks which they said were pretty good. The prices were a little on the high side. 7 out of 10

Food is ok not what it used to be …Very disrespectful…poor customer service… will not be ordering from here again so sad things change the last 3-5 yrs must be new management ?‍ ps:not a scam…I had to see for myself about the reviews on here

New star used to be a three star. They are a work in progress. It will be a month before I give them another chance. I pray they do better
