Interior is no frills and dare I say I rather enjoyed the blues blasting over the speakers, this one’s a sleeper for sure. Look no further for a hefty bowl of Ramen on a cold or sweltering hot Philly day.
Cute casual ramen house with good service. Food came out fast. We got two ramen bowl and gyozo. The pork broth base was incredible and taste. The ramen with beef could have had a bit more beef and vegies. The gyozo were good. A bit on the expensive side for such casual dining, but that seems consistent with ramen houses these days. Will go again.
The ramen was great hakata ramen was awesome with cloudy tonkatsu broth can heat up your body as you inhale this ramen. Topping was top notch. The shabu shabu ramen isnt for the weak of tongue. The spiciness give it a extra fragrance that still allow you to taste the broth. The mochiko chicken was not good , if u expect a chrunch, and crips. Just semi crips, but the flavor is there. Just who ever fried it and battered it did it poorly for my batch
Really authentic ramen for affordable prices. Loved the pork soup. Will be back!
Friendly prompt service, space is clean has a nice atmosphere. Each dish has plenty of ingredients, which are fresh. The broth could be better could be stronger more authentic in flavor, but the noodles are the perfect chewiness. The spicy seafood ramen also was not spicy at all, so ask for SPICE if that’s what you’re hoping for. We also got the calamari, which was some of the best calamari we’ve ever had very fresh.
