Casa Garcia's Pflugerville

I tried menudo for the first time and it was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend it!

I am revising my review after the renovation. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the service is attentive and speedy.

Moved to Pville a year ago. This location food quality is not near as good as Round Rock. We were coming regular until they had refrigeration problems around mid July. No more tap beer!!! Waited a few weeks and came back 08-17 and its STILL not fixed!!! Very disappointing. Prob wont be back again until its fixed. Will call ahead next time.

After a long week at work, I decided to go out for a drink with my family. I have visited other Casa Garcia locations before and had a great experience. However, when we tried the new location in Pflugerville, we were disappointed. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted and given water and chips and salsa after being seated. After another 15-minute wait, we were finally able to order drinks. My cousin ordered a Mexican martini and loved it. I asked if they had a lemon drop martini, and the waiter said yes. When I tried it, I realized it was not a lemon drop martini but a Mexican martini with a splash of lemon juice. The manager insisted I pay for the drink because I had asked for it, despite the fact that they didn't actually offer lemon drop martinis. She said she would check with the waiter but never returned. The service was terrible, and we ended up paying for the correct drink and leaving. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Love this place especially the new atmosphere! Always have a seat and always service with a smile! Love their house made flour and corn tortillas!
