Ban Sushi - Peyton

When traveling back home from a trip in our motorhome, we decided to stop for a quick bite. Sushi tends to be high on our list, and much to our delight we found Ban Sushi in Falcon/Peyton of all places. We were very pleased with the freshness of the sashimi tuna, and the spicy tuna roll was amazing.

Our family greatly enjoys Ban Sushi. When family visits from out of state, this is our go to!

Always a great meal at Ban Sushi. If you haven't tried it, you need to! Yes, it's in Falcon/Peyton but it's worth the drive!

In my opinion this is some of the best sushi in the Colorado Springs area. Always consistent and tastes fresh. Most of the places in the area, you can taste the age of the fish and that's appalling. Not here.

This sushi place is by far the best sushi restaurant my husband and I have ever been to! And we compare this to Hawaii and Australia sushi restaurants. We love Ban Sushi! The staff is super friendly, the food is always delicious and fresh. We have never ever EVER been disappointed or had a bad experience.We usually get the fried scallop, salmon nigiri, Starlight roll 3 and Aloha roll. *chef kiss* The best! The fried scallops are top tier, you got to try them!
