The Bistro - Petoskey

Great staff overall, but Veronica truly stood out. They have a unique nickname for her, and she certainly lives up to it with her delightful stories. I gave her two options for what I wanted and asked her to choose for me, and she made the perfect pick! I ended up with a breakfast dish featuring crispy hash browns, potatoes, peppers, cheese, avocado, and the best sausage gravy that ties the whole plate together. I can feel the satisfaction coursing through my veins!

My wife and I have been a fan since petoskey years. the original old load was amazing and the custom weekly specials were always top notch. the new location next to olsons continues with the same amazing service and eating. the original owner has deposed, but obviously trained the new staff in the owners to duplicate what he created over the years. the biggest change are the bathroom. if they have gone to the old load petoskey, they don't have to explain it.

Eggcellent omelettes, delicious pancakes and amazing stuffed French toast. We'll definitely be back and recommend to others.

We had a very friendly server, and both the breakfast burrito and pancakes were excellent.
