Contribuiți la feedbackI went to this restaurant and found out that they do not accept OpenTable reservations. Additionally, they stopped seating guests for 45 minutes in order for the kitchen to catch up. I will not be going back there.
I understand that restaurants face challenges in hiring and retaining enough staff to provide sufficient customer service. The wait time after placing our order was around 2-3 minutes.
We waited for 10 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. However, we waited for over 15 minutes without anyone approaching us to offer a drink. There were only 2 servers working.
The staff was amazing. Place was clean. It is Friday night, so we expected busy staff with long waiting times, but we are pleasantly surprised. Food was...
