Greggs - Peterborough

I absolutely loved the chicken bake that i got and the amazing sausage rolls thay just melted in my mouth! Jai served me and was such a sweet young boy on Saturday he really made my day.

The staff from management to sales assistants are all ways friendly and very helpful I would recommend this greggs to anyone in or visiting the Ortongate shopping centre

I feel that Greggs in Bridge St have let me down. The products were good but the service was terrible, I believe I scanned my card but on looking when I got home it had not registered the 2 teas and sausage rolls that were purchased, I believe that the server should have informed me that it did not register, but he did not seem interested at all, even to the point of not taking payment until we prompted him.

There was nowhere to sit as all the tables and chairs were blocked off. I didn't even want to order takeout! To top it off, the pizza was served cold.

The donuts were good, but the staff were among the least interested and most indifferent I've ever encountered.
