House Of Feasts - Peterborough

I took my mom here for Sunday dinner, booked through their Facebook messenger to confirm they could accommodate our gluten-free dietary requirements as we both have Celiac disease. Upon arrival, we asked for the roast chicken lunch but were initially told that we couldn't have the Yorkshire pudding or gravy because of our gluten-free needs. After expressing our disappointment, the waiter consulted with the chef and eventually offered to make us some gluten-free gravy. The chicken was dry and the gravy was watery and unappetizing. When we ordered breakfast tea, it was served in a cup that didn't fit the saucer, only filled halfway, and we had to ask for hot water. The restaurant was nearly empty and the music was too loud. The table had cobwebs against the wall. Overall, the experience was disappointing and we probably won't be returning, especially since we heard the restaurant may be closing down.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is lovely and the drinks are perfectly paired with the food. I was impressed by the delicious and flavorful pickled vegetables that came with my dishes and I plan on trying to recreate them at home. Despite living 100 miles away, I will make an effort to visit this restaurant for lunch or dinner whenever possible. It was a fantastic find and I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, this restaurant lacks cohesion. It is difficult for me to categorize the type of restaurant it is. While the food was decent, it was not exceptional. The cocktails did not impress me compared to other places I have visited. The decor is bright and clean, but the owner should reconsider the overall concept and direction of the restaurant.

We decided to visit a local restaurant at the weekend to celebrate my mothers birthday! Our party consisted of 2 young children and 3 adults who received the best service! The food was fantastic and the service was 100%! We had such an enjoyable evening! The atmosphere was great and the food was top notch I think we would eat there every day if we could! Great team and great place

Food and service were very good. This was my first time trying Polish cuisine, the dishes were cooked to a high standard and the table service provided by the staff was excellent. Well worth the money and the drive out. We will be back
