Wendy's - Petaluma

I visited the drive-thru tonight and received the best service I've ever experienced at any drive-thru, thanks to the gentleman working there this evening. I would give 10 stars if I could! However, I won't be returning unless it's during his shift.

They need to fire their employee Nick he?s rude and has no place at the restaurant. He?s a ticking timebomb and a liability. Nick is the reason why Wendy?s customer satisfaction scores are low for this location

I love the variety of beverages available on fountain and there $4 meal deals.

When I'm craving spicy chicken nuggets, Wendy's is my top choice. The burgers are decent, but what stands out to me is the friendly staff at this location. I've always received my orders correctly and prepared well. While the food will taste like any other Wendy's, the convenience of this spot makes it a favorite for me.

I hadn't visited Wendy's in years, but while I was home for a few days, I decided to stop by their drive-thru the other night since it had been so long. It turned out to be a terrible mistake. I didn’t even finish half of the food I ordered. There were strange black specks on my hamburger, and since when do fast food places skimp on lettuce? Maybe you guys were short on supplies and couldn't muster enough to make a decent burger.
