Peet's Coffee - Novato

Omg whoever made my drink today I thank you so much ur awesome !

I have had terrible service from Peet's Coffee on my last two orders. The delivery drivers are great, but the coffee shop itself is terrible. I have been charged $0.70 for whipped cream that is consistently left off my order. Please pay attention to the orders and get them right, or just give customers whatever you want and remove the menu altogether. My rating is below zero. I will make this experience public next time and I would like a refund. $1.40 may not seem like a lot, but it adds up when I don't receive what I asked for.

The restaurant is only a 5-minute drive away, but it took almost an hour to get there. The car was dirty and my Matcha Latte was spilled on the lid and side of the cup. Despite this, I still drank it because it was pricey, but I was not impressed.

The coffee is always great! Peet's does a really good job! The doordasher was great too!

The Iced White Chocolate Mocha was delicious! I will definitely be ordering it again.
