Trattoria Roma - Petaluma

We ordered the Romana Salad and some of the best eggplant Parmesan I have ever tasted! Our server mentioned that it was her mother-in-law's recipe, and it was truly amazing. The eggplant was perfectly cooked with a light, fluffy sauce and melted mozzarella on top. This restaurant is now my top choice for Italian cuisine, earning a 5-star rating from me. The water was filtered and the bread was outstanding. Overall, it was a perfect dining experience! The parking was conveniently located and easily accessible.

Found this gem of an Italian restaurant while on business in Fort Worth this past week. The food was outstanding. I requested something not quite on the menu and they made it perfectly! A spicy vodka tomato cream sauce with penne pasta. Also ordered their house salad with incredibly fresh romaine, a rich, sweet balsamic glaze and crisp purple onions. They also brought fresh baked bread with a pesto olive oil dipping sauce. They don't serve wine at the restaurant but do allow you to bring wine. I stopped at Total Wine and More which is only a few miles away and picked up a Reserve Chianti. Service was friendly and attentive. Pro tip, Roma is open on Mondays!
