Thistle Meats - Petaluma

This restaurant is immaculate and has a spacious layout thanks to the previous owner. I tried the hamburger patties for the fourth time, this time with bacon integrated, and they were bursting with incredible flavor. I'm truly impressed!

To kick things off, you absolutely have to try the liver sausage. It's truly one of the best things I've ever tasted! Travis has crafted an incredible blend of flavors, making this unlike any of the unpleasant versions your dad or uncle used to eat. After that, don't miss the house-made pastrami, a touch of chorizo, and perhaps some pork chops or lamb. Everything is simply fantastic!

The staff is knowledgeable, and they prioritize local ethical sourcing. Their charcuterie selection is impressive. Thank you, Thistle Meats! It's wonderful to have a butcher shop in our small town that offers such high quality and dedication to their craft.
