Already tried near the hospital of perugia. in the center even better. excellent text cake. you can compose as you like. especially recommended the combination of ciauscle, pecorino and zucchini. good quality wood grill and meat (at least as regards pork, beef we did not try. ) prices more than honest. attentive and kind staff. Despite the high day, we had food for 11 in less than 20 min. Water Filled Text Cake: 5€ per person. Not bad.

Local top! have tables outside and some table inside. the staff is young and very kind. we tried the famous text cake and it is really good and stuffed. the price is little counting that you satiated a lot, with 5€ you eat a nail (and there are so many fillings to choose from) and you included a glass of water or wine or drink. we also took a nail to take away the empty cake, and it costs very little. it feels that everything is prepared at the moment and it is all warm. we were lucky we waited a little but I suggest you arrive as soon as you open and take place.

I know the place and the quality of its products. is the fixed stop at every perugino stay. the 3 stars are referred to an event that occurred last night. I'm going to the city to have dinner here. I read the times: closing at 23.00 I take the car and from the hotel I go to the center, parking at the pelicans (for a fee) and I go to the square. at 22.30 I was told that the club only goes away. we are two people and we would quickly eat dinner, take it from takeaway and return to the hotel would mean to have made way for nothing and especially to eat cold food. There's nothing to do, the place just needs a run. we would have done before customers already seated (they are left not earlier 23.15) update the times, or respect them, and I will update the review. I would never dare to give 1 star, for berry, given the quality of raw materials. However, finishing the service 30 min before the time indicated on the internet is a style fall. Just update it, and only a few minutes.

We stopped here to taste the typical text cake: Very good. with 4€ you can take it from takeaway, it is big enough to be worth for a lunch or dinner.
