Johnny Seesaw's - Peru

I had a fantastic experience at my daughter’s graduation dinner. The staff exceeded all our expectations with their exceptional kindness and attentiveness, making it a truly memorable evening. On top of that, the food was incredibly delicious and generously portioned—I'm currently working on my third attempt to finish it all! We had a wonderful time and created many happy memories at your amazing restaurant. Thank you to everyone involved!

This was my second visit to this restaurant with my partner, Ryan, Monica, and young Colin! The food is truly exceptional, and the drinks are great too. I couldn't get enough of the sticky pigs, while the others enjoyed their steaks, and Colin watched on with a look of concern. The atmosphere and the rich history of the place are impressive. We'll definitely be back!

Always a pleasure! The food here is consistently delicious, and the service is prompt and friendly. The outdoor seating is sheltered from the rain and offers heaters for those cooler days. Everything we've tried has been well-prepared and tasty. You might find yourself torn between your initial menu choice and the tempting specials they offer. The mussels are fantastic, and both the halibut and prime rib are outstanding. This is definitely one of our favorite spots!

In a remote location, one has to find something to appreciate. The building is welcoming, but the food is quite mediocre. The pasta is overcooked, the sauces are bland, and the servers lack attention to detail. Overall, it’s decent if you’re just looking for bar food.

Our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. All our dishes, including the mussels and steak, were served cold—only one out of our party of ten was even warm. It’s also frustrating that we couldn't order appetizers with our drinks; they came out right before our cold main courses. The servers were nice, but the place feels very different from how it was 20 years ago. The restaurant wasn't even that busy, so there's really no excuse for the food temperature. While I understand that guests should inform the server or manager about issues, we were eager to leave at that point. After 30 years of enjoying Johny Seesaws, we’re going to have to start a new family tradition.
