Eating was great, service lacked motivation to please especially in the near time, although we have a great function they warn. child friendliness: child menu was great

Extremely disappointing of the moment we entered. on the floor there was a trace of “something” from the kitchen door to the restaurant. teppich filthy akin to a tab. table was dirty and we asked to be revived, but said that they were fully booked, but only quarters of the restaurants full. ordered cocktails ( wedding of night) ordered our food, but were not asked to order wein. when we managed to fish someone down to order the wein to accompany our fish, our eating had arrived in a few sips of our aperitifs. the fish was over boiled and very average and did not go well with a cosmopolitan cocktail! poor to say. a look does not mean that they calculate the extorted prices, offer very poor service and serve canteen style eating. we will never return.

Friend insisted that we have a coffee there, my first time. Maybe we shouldn't have gone there because we were short, but we were standing on the only sign inside and said they were waiting here. it took a few minutes from us to stand alone at the bar. at some point (yes, we have feared! a waiter worked out, we could only order at the other cash where everyone could get his own coffee and probably also eat. no signage to suggest these options, and my last bugbear, my mug was an oversized cup with thick potter sides that keeps less than one cup and cools too fast. I'm sorry hamptons, more sign for newbies, hotter coffee and right stuff for me. aren't the first impressions important?

This restaurant is amazing. I had a birthday dinner yesterday and couldn't find a single fault. we asked for a window table and got a nice one. the view and location is stunning. eating was amazing, beautifully presented and delicious. they wait friendly staff and very efficient. the prices were reasonable. everything in everything, simply loved it and can not wait to go back. I can't recommend hampton very enough.

Took my husband for his birthday, I had booked and we were given our own table for 2 at the front window much appreciated. Food was excellent and staff lovely.
