Brasserie Balthazar - Perpignan

Very good meal next to the pomme frits who were terrible and so over boiled, friendly staff, good portions and a very good atmosphere

Have been here 5 times this year, both adults and kids love it. The Balthazar Burger is top draw, always cooked to requirements and very large. Service is always excellent, very friendly and can't do enough for you.

Stayed at nearby Kyriad Hotel, this is five minutes drive. Good choice of foods and thankfully a couple of vegetarian options. Good vegetable pizza, salad and excellent fries. Plenty of seating inside and out, happy and friendly service.

Why to go in a restaurant? Just to eat, to envoy the surroundings or both? I would say both but today only the surroundings and service were great! I have noticed both in Spain and France that often women have less in their plates than...men! Or local people were better served in their plates than foreigners! Bigger pieces of meat or vegetables, please try to notice yourself next time! This happened again today and what is more the Choucroute we had was a shame for an Alsacien! I understand that such a place has expensives and so on but if everything has to be calculated what about the client? With such restaurants, better have fast food and go home to have later on a decent meal!

De passage rapide à Perpignan sur la route des vacances nous avons choisit au hasard cette brasserie. Nous n'avons pas regretté. La deco est sympa, le service efficace et les repas étaient bons. Le choix est varié, ce qui permet à tous de manger. Juste un hic (normal): le prix des boissons.
