Taco Bell - Peoria

Taco Bell is great. There is nothing unusual about this Taco Bell. It's a fast food restaurant, so it has everything that comes with that. So what. Taco Bell is great.

Was given the wrong food and no sauce after asking at the intercom and at the window.

Tables dirty, wet spot on floor. Food was typical Taco Bell fare. Service about average. Nothing else stood out.

I typically don 't bother with reviews of fast food but avoid this Taco Bell like the plague unless you have an hour to kill. Of the 4 employees one went on break, one stood around shuffling about as slow as possible, one was sweeping a clean floor with the speed of a sloth who had decided to take it 's time and only one on line. I ordered a burrito and I was waiting over 20 minutes. When asked if someone could assist the woman on line who was filling every order herself the other employee said she said she didn 't want help . Another gentleman asked for a refund and the employee sweeping decided to assist him but could not figure it out. As I waited for my refund My food finally came. Long story short the employees were unmotivated, uncaring, inadequately trained, had no common sense. Food was fresh at least

I LOVE the Taco Bell on Partridge way. It always appears clean, the employees are nice, and they actually give you a LOT of meat, unlike the Taco Bells on Knoxville and Sterling. I drive ALL THE WAY across town( Past the Taco Bell on Knoxville and Sterling to get to the Taco Bell on Partridge Way, and the food is worth the drive!
