Po-boys On Frostwood - Peoria

Last night I'm in poboys for the last time. we go there several times in the course of the year with our friends and family. that's why we went to my friends 30th birthday, when he likes to eat that, we came and sat out immediately. we ordered our appetizers and eat quickly and waited for an hour for our 2 appetizers for 6 people. unfortunately we waited an hour and let the staff come out and say they ran out of noodles. what we understand can happen when a place is busy, but wait 2 hours to notify us that a person who ordered the pasta will not get food there is annoying. the individual who did not get his food was the birthday man. we said the rest of the food is displaced and would be in the next 5. therefore we waited and then 10 minutes later the waitress offers the check with the 2 appetizers. we had our whole family. we arrived at 18 o'clock and left at 20 o'clock. Our oma didn't even get food because she didn't want to start eating and said she'd wait until her food comes. she waited 2 hours to go with nothing of poboys. the lack of service was appalling and needing to find a place to eat 8 o'clock on a Saturday that was not already full and was booked was extremely difficult. they would have made available the food we ordered, but they said they hadn't even started cooking them. I will never recommend this place to any of my business candidates or friends again. the worst service I have ever had and to deteriorate the things, it was a place that we recommended for friends, family, military members and economic agents. it seems that there might have been new administration or changes to the servers, but the servers should not be at their paying customers. we paid for our 2 appetizers and left. to have a business that is with integrity everything! if they have forgotten to say our order in us, and give us the courtesy to notify their customers of their fault. mistakes happen, but leaving their paying customers without food after 2 hours is unheard. 10 out of 10 extremely disappointed and will not come back.

Today I came to midday and it was like a small mini-new orleans holiday. even a delicious hurricane. so good. her cajun kartoffel salad is incredibly good. will be back soon. every time I come here, it's fantastic.

Delicious! we have the crabcakes with ramoulade. gumbo and jambalaya. all were delicious! fresh and tastes like louisiana. very recommended! great staff from louisiana. very professional and friendly. we're coming back!

Food needed seasoning, not just salt. I ordered the blacksmith pasta. It was creamy but lacked any real flavor. The chicken tasted like it was boiled. I took it home and added my own creole seasoning to the leftovers. Portions were on the smaller side. Went with my boyfriend on a Saturday evening. He ordered the gumbo and wasn't impressed at all. It's tomato based not made with a roux. Gator bites were ok but heavily breaded. Don't think we will go back. Very bland for attempting to be New Orleans style food.
