White Spot - Penticton

This specific place is our 'go-to' when we want a good meal, when we want to meet friends, when we want a pleasant place to eat. We have come to this White Spot several times over the last 6 months. The service has always been excellent, unhurried, efficient. We really enjoy the selection of entrees.

We stopped in here for a quick lunch with our grandchildren. The food was good and the service was good. This is quite typical of all white spot locations and I would come here again.

I don't think I've every had a bad meal at a White Spot!My wife and I came here for Saturday lunch and were a bit fortunate to get a table at 12.00pm; no such problem by the time we left at 1.00pm. Pretty much as soon as we sat down, there was our server to organize something to drink, which arrived quickly in spite of the packed restaurant. We each ordered burgers, BC burger for me, Legendary for my wife. Again, they arrived quite quickly, and were perfect. Be sure to have the yam fries...With coffees, the bill was $40...and as is the case with White Spot, they don't do anything spectacular, just consistently well. The restaurant was busy yet clean, the service was quick, friendly, and accurate, and the meal were good quality and good value.

I love a White Spot legendary burger with bacon and cheddar, fries and extra mayonnaise house made (to dip fries) and coleslaw. Always consistently yummy. The server was horrible. When asked if we could possible get some cutlery and napkins - never mind clean the bird droppings off the table - she mumbled something about the bus boy not doing his job. Then came back and tossed the pile on the table for us to sort out. WS usually does a great job training staff. Getting harder for businesses to find people willing to do their job. We were on the patio around noon Sunday Aug sixth. Server was an older girl with black hair. Customer payment area covered in dirty dishes. All other staff very pleasant.

Our arrival was a bit disappointing. We waited with many other patrons to be acknowledged and seated. Once in our server Danna took over and excelled in every possible way. She made the visit extremely pleasant.
