Burger King - Pendleton

It consistently takes an hour and a half to receive my orders, which is simply too long for fast food. Time is a crucial factor in this industry, and a wait of an hour and a half is unacceptable. This issue needs to be addressed.

I often order from this restaurant via DoorDash. However, I’ve received the wrong burgers in my order multiple times, and sometimes they don’t even have my order ready when my dasher arrives. They have refused to prepare it in those situations.

I was disappointed that my Chocolate Shake was missing from my order because the machine was out of service. Instead, I received a Frozen Coke. The Bacon King Meals could have been warmer; they didn't seem very fresh. Additionally, the French Fries weren't hot either.
