Lebabnon is in a new location in the by the sea complex a short walk from the public beach. beautiful interieur with flowers everywhere. we came to a laune because it was near the public beach and we were some of the first people to enjoy it. the personal was attentive and welcoming and knew which items would be suitable for vegans. the choices were traditional not surprises, but tasteful and well prepared. close to a moshee and most people here are devout muslime so thinking about coming near the bedtime. I had coconut curry vegetables with biriyani style rice. the remaining room is gender-neutral, which is not usual and they have to go outside to use it, which is also unusual.
They have a tiny part of Lebanese food. most menus are Indian, but away too expensive for Malasian standards. there are many Indian dishes/restaurant with sweet and vegan dishes round. they calculate 16% on the bill for services and control. they can't read it somewhere in advance and they can't say it. I asked the employees about it and they said: “All customers know it” where does a new customer know?
This place was found expensive for Malaysian standards. neither quality nor quantity seemed to reflect the price. eating was good, just average. probably not back.
One of very few places in Batu Ferrenghi with vegetarian vegan options- Lebanese Indian . Many vegetarian starters : hummus, moutabal, baba ganoush, salads and if you’re ok with gluten also vegetarian samosas . Few Indian mains vegetarian options . I had okra which was quite tasty.
