Micke's Place - Georgetown Malaysia

My friend and I had dinner here last night, I must say, I was very impressed with EVERYTHING. The owner helped us pick what to eat and true to his suggestions, the food was great. We had Lamb Briyani and Garlic Butter Prawns; felt like home. The whole vibe there was very laid back and really a great place to chill with friends. The waiters were very friendly and helpful. I can go on and on but all in all, nothing but love for this place. <3

Came to Penang for a holiday and found this gem in the heart of the city. The best bistro I've been through out my travels in Asia. Very reasonable price on cocktails and beers try their signature dishes.. it's out of this world. Awesome live music every night from rock, blues country. Trust me it's freaking good. Very friendly staffs and the owner is so humble whereby he finds time to sit and chat with his guests. Really made me my mates feel welcome at home. If only I could take this piece of gem to Australia and make it my own. Definitely coming back on my next visit.
