Subway - Pella

Fantastic customer service! Bre was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the new menu. She was welcoming and engaged in conversation, making our experience even better. We ordered the MexiCali, and she mentioned that some people find the pepper jack cheese spicy, but she didn't find it that way at all. It was delicious! She also accommodated our request to have no onion on half of the 12-inch sandwich and even separated the halves for us. Additionally, she informed us that we could get a third cookie for just a penny more, which was an easy choice to make. Good customer service is hard to come by, and Bre truly stands out!

We have visited this restaurant multiple times and really enjoy the variety of sandwich options available, as well as the freshness of the ingredients. The staff is always friendly too.

Once there was a man with an umbrella, and he was quite the hungry fellow. He strolled down the street in search of a bite to eat and ended up at a Subway in Pella. Honestly, it was pretty good! Just be careful of the bear!

One of the largest and cleanest Subways I have ever been in. Struck up a conversation with the manager and one can quickly understand why this one seems to do well. Excellent all the way around.
