When customers think about bad service and poor quality of food, change the work staff and the manager.

We ordered to go. I was treated very well. The food was excellent.

If you state you are open till 10. Be open till 10. Instead of pointing us to the drive thru.

Literally just left this location and the drive thru was wrapped around the building so I went in. It took about 10 minutes to take my order even though I was the only person waiting to order. Eventually a guy in a blue shirt came out the back with an attitude and attempted to argue with me about what I usually order. I let it go and when I finally received my food it wasn’t hot and the fish looks like it was bitten (pic attached). The hush puppies were not chewable they were hard like a rock. I would go back for a refund but I was only on my lunch break and didn’t have a pleasant experience I won’t be back. I would advise everyone to save your money and go elsewhere.

Location and customer service were great, even with limited staff. The dining room was closed due to staffing issues. Was once a fan fave, but food quality has changed dramatically! Butterfly shrimp is tiny, cheesesticks and marinara sauce changed brands and quality, and the fish batter is very thick now! Better off buying frozen and cooking at home! We won't go back!
