Which Wich Hope Valley Commons

It took way too long to get our sandwiches and, when we received them, they completely messed up the order as if they didn't read the bags before making the food. One sandwich was suppose to be chicken and they gave us tuna?? and the other sandwich was missing half of the toppings. I do not recommend this location to anyone. The two guys working clearly don't care about their jobs.

Overall it's been years since I have been close enough to a which wich but this one over charged me and the food quality has gone down.

Ordered a sandwich for pick-up at 11:02. Email said sandwich would be ready at 11:18. Got to restaurant at 11:15. Received sandwich at 12:08. Sandwich wasnt very good. I do not plan to order here again. Will go to one of the other many sandwich options nearby.

Service is horrible… I had to wait 15 min when no one was in the store. I asked for my back and they ignored me. Won’t be back for surer

This place is filthy!! There were no customers in the building and two guys behind the counter, and every table was full of crumbs and a dirty mess. The floor was worse, it looked like it was last mopped in 2021. So obviously the experience is already not great, then I got my sub and it was extremely average. The wheat roll was slightly stale, and the roast beef was a wee bit gross! There are a million sub shops that have better food and are way cleaner (not difficult to beat them in cleanliness).
