The Twinnie's barista is rude and unprofessional. The customer service is awful. I hope they treat their customers better in the future. If you find the barista weirdly rude, don't say I didn't warn you.

First time I went, I was in desperate need for decent coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and it tasted very burnt. The second time I went, I got the chicken pita as the sandwiches, based on reviews, were good. It tasted so bland. I was disappointed in my experiences because others enjoyed it. The staff are accommodating and the environment is cozy. The food and drink was a miss for me.
