Parking: Parking is a long distance from the restaurant. Makes it difficult for those with mobility issues.

We had a wonderful lunch with the family. The service was top notch.

Food was delicious per usual. Had the ribeye and cheesesteak egg rolls. Server was attentive and kind. Went on a Tuesday evening and there was wait.

Food was ok, although we ordered Prime Rib, it was a very fatty, had a big piece of unedible fat. Service was ok. Restaurant needs to pay attention to cleaning: The table was sticky I got a fork in the napkin that was not clean. Still had food remains on 3 of the prongs of the fork.

We were seated immediately and it didn't take long to notice that the AC was not working properly. Our table was sticky and we had to flag over some help after sitting there for 15 minutes and no one coming to our table or serving us water. When our waiter came he was very pleasant and apologized for the delay. The food took awhile, but not too long a wait. Everything was correct, but nothing notable, in terms of flavor. We've dined at Firebird's several times in the past and it's been fine. Tonight was very average and not too enjoyable; especially when you're paying so much these days to eat out.
