Pancho's Gourmet To Go. - Pecos

Signs on the wall brag about using pinto beans grown in NM. But the 20 pound bag of beans from Sam's Club on the middle of the dirty kitchen floor suggests otherwise. Nobody likes a liar.

Today April 12th. 2024. I cannot believe Pancho, charged $20. For a double cheese Burger . $20... Inside Shell gas station, main and highway 50

The food tastes great and is affordably priced. The only bad thing I can say about Pancho's is it's in a small, cramped convenience store.

We enjoyed the Crazy Club Sandwich which was loaded with big pieces of chicken, a big slice of ham, bacon and avocado on multiple grain bread. We will be returning!

Not good. Food tastes old. Dry. Missing sides. Bad value for the money. Skip it and try the food truck
