Wendy's - Pearl

We used this wendy’s drive thru when we visited Mississippi family. the person who takes orders answered our questions about the new items in the menu, spoke clearly and read our order back to ensure that it was correct. our food came fresh and very hot, much to our joy. they didn't forget or ruined our order. this was a good experience after leaving another drive that was so terrible, we decided not to order. thanks! stay fantastic!

Fast journey through the service, no many polite things around him.

This restaurant is extremely slow when it comes to getting food. Waiting nearly 40 minutes in the drive-thru felt like forever. I almost left, but decided to stay when I noticed they had a well-maintained exterior. Maybe the service inside is better, but I don't think I'll be returning to find out.

Saw on the order screen waiting for about 15 minutes until someone take my order when they finally take my order, I could hardly hear the speaker so that I basically only said my order and hoped that they could get me here and when I came into the window to get my food, the dame had an appointment when I asked her to repeat my order.

This is awful! The drive-thru experience is especially bad. It's the worst if you stay in your car without getting out. This used to be one of the best fast food restaurants in Pearl.
