The owner is very outspoken on social media about his hatred of the LGBTQ community. He attempted to organize efforts to protest the local Pride Event and used defamatory and inappropriate language. The food is ok. My family are Italian Americans who own Italian delis and restaurants in Chicago and this is the Subway of Italian food. Spaghetti really wasn't very good but service was friendly. Even my 6 year old wouldn't eat the garlic bread. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

We were kind of bummed that there’s no Italian food in payson until tonight! We didn’t quite know what to think but decided to give it a shot and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. We got the spaghetti and meatballs and the garlic bread and grabbed a bottle of wine from next door. It was a delicious hot Italian meal that we didn’t have to prepare. What a great and super simple idea! This will be in our regular rotation. Our dogs enjoyed their spaghetti dinner as well and everyone was happy! I had the pleasure of trying By the Bucket spaghetti, and it was an absolute delight! The concept of serving spaghetti in buckets is unique and fun. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was rich and savory. The generous portion size in the bucket was great value for the price.
