Sardine Dining - Paynesville

Exceptional! This was the best meal we've had in quite a while. The poached chicken served with potato mash was perfectly tender and simply melted in our mouths. It was beautifully presented. The two desserts we sampled were incredible – the chocolate fondant paired with blood orange sorbet and the peaches and cream with shortbread. Every element harmonized perfectly, resulting in pure deliciousness! Absolutely perfect. I've never felt compelled to write a review for a meal before. Thank you for creating such a wonderful restaurant in Paynesville!

I had a fantastic evening last night! I already have a few favorite dishes from the menu. Keep up the excellent work—attending your first dinner was a real pleasure! The service was outstanding as well. Overall, everything was smooth. Just a small suggestion: it would be great if gluten-free options were clearly indicated or mentioned, as that was the only minor issue we encountered, but it was resolved immediately. Thank you once again for a lovely night! We’ll definitely be back!

AMAZING! Best place to eat in the area by a long shot. We had the white bait entree, whole fish and the duck as mains, and then deconstructed cheesecake and chocolate desserts. Couldn’t fault a single thing. The service was fantastic as well. We will be back!

Amazing place, service and food to die for! Long overdue for our area

I had dinner here with friends on Thursday night and it was absolutely amazing! Every dish was sensational and truly restaurant-quality. The waiter was incredibly attentive throughout our meal. I highly recommend this place; the price for two courses plus wine was very reasonable. I'm so glad you’ve filled a much-needed niche in Paynesville!
