Harbourside Cafe - Paynesville

This is a fantastic spot for lunch to satisfy a bunch of hungry teenagers! The Ferry Cafe features both a pizza and a fish and chips menu, and our families tried items from both. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality. The chicken pizza was generously topped with delicious ingredients and had a nice, crispy crust. The fish and chips were equally enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and patient as we deliberated over our choices. Thank you for a great experience! We will definitely come back!

A very jarring experience with the older white lady serving, she was rude, condescending and was acted as if it was a chore. We got ice cream for my youngest daughter and got the most pathetic kids scoop. I don’t think this is a great place for people of colour because she treated the white person that came in after a lot better. Please don’t waste your money on this place. Hope you take on this feedback and do better! Also from the reviews I see that the manager will come up with some kind of excuse and not fully take any accountability for anything so please don’t listen to that. There shouldn’t be that many excuses for poor behaviour.

Best non wood fired seafood pizza we've ever eaten. Tasty, filling and it used real scallops with the roe attached. Cheese was browned up nicely on top, no overpowering fishy smell. Definitely a must return to shop. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
