The Pizza Lady - Pawcatuck

Yesterday was my mom’s 100th birthday party and we chose our favorite place, The Pizza Lady to make all our pizzas. Beyond delicious! We ordered a mozzarella, a pepperoni and my ultimate favorite, a sweet pizza and everyone including our Birthday Girl enjoyed every bite. I ordered curbside because I can’t walk well and the nicest man, Tony brought them to my car and even gave me some brownies for, “The Birthday Girl!” Tony, you are an asset to The Pizza Lady! Thank you all for always being so kind to me through the years! The food is amazing and those pizzas we ordered were the 1st thing everyone ate! You will not be disappointed! Love, Joany

Called around 3:40 to order pizza and a few other things on the way home. The phone was answered with “pizza lady, it’s hot in here” Ignoring this, I began to give my order. The man replied with “you don’t care it’s hot in here?” Multiple people laughing in the background. My response was “okay I’ll order somewhere else.”Decided to order from Vetranos where it’s was professional from start to finish. Everything is expensive these days, ordering pizza is a treat and it was a shame that a simple telephone order couldn’t be taken. They also called back 2 times after, no thanks.

We recently moved to the area and tried this restaurant because they had good reviews and delivery ! We got the soupy since that is the house specialty. My husband and I both loved it. The crust , sauce and sausage were all delicious. I have 4 stars for service because we also ordered wings. The driver did not give my husband the wings until he said we also ordered wings and then they were then found in the warmer. I’m just glad I told my husband what we ordered otherwise it would have been annoying to call and have him come back with the wings. Everyone makes mistakes we get it. We will still order again .

Placed an on line order at 520pm. It is now 716pm with no delivery I called and was told Friday nights are busy but not to worry my order was done and waiting for a driver I can only imagine what my old order will taste like after sitting waiting to be delivered Do yourselves a favor and order elsewhere I had two different deliveries and refused them both between the 2 drivers I did not get all items ordered awful I did use your delivery drivers not door dash

Ordered a sweet pizza for 15 bucks. Such a disappointment!! Ugh! They gave it to us wrapped up in paper no box. It was extremely dry and extremely bland , no flavor at all not even a little bit, just really bad taste and had to wait about 40 mins for just that. Well I learned my lesson, never again.
