Being an intern at this bakery, I see the pastry chef making it for the same day! I don't see what you're relying on to say that it's frozen! Thank you and good day !

We had chocolate shortbread and a slice of apple pie. Both tasted like they were defrosted we are very disappointed

This bakery-pastry shop offers varied and delicious biscuits, breads and cakes! We were passing through Paulhan this weekend. The pastry chef agreed to make 2 cakes on the spot for the planned birthday! He welcomed me with sympathy and simplicity and was available to carry out our request! The cakes were excellent and appreciated! Thank you again for your spontaneity and welcome!!
