Dunkin' - Passaic

This specific Dunkin' Donuts location has excellent customer service, but I am not a fan of their coffee. My order is often incorrect, but the staff is always willing to fix any mistakes. There is plenty of parking available, as the restaurant is located in a parking lot with other stores.

This restaurant is terrible. The food is awful, so I don't recommend going there.

So far pretty good but at night mostly all donuts are gone.Pretty good so far and fancy too Would probably recommend

The woman working at the drive-thru has a bad attitude, often gets orders wrong, and doesn't give out receipts unless asked. There are plenty of Dunkin' Donuts in the area, but this is the only one with a drive-thru. The staff, especially the drive-thru worker, needs to improve their attitude.

They always have an issue with mobile on-the-go orders, so I end up waiting longer than people ordering after me in person. I had 3 orders that they lost. And their iced lattes are terrible... No idea what they gave me but it was not a latte. I work ablock away but will drive to the Wallington Dunkin from now on.
