Pampas Latino Bistro & Bar - Pasig

The food at this restaurant is amazing. I highly recommend trying the baked oysters and lamb ribs! As sides, I suggest trying the potato gratin and steak fried rice.

I had tapas at this restaurant with some of my business partners last week. We ordered chorizo, meatballs, and croquettes, along with a bottle of red wine. Everything was fine, but we were surprised to see that there were only 4 other customers in the restaurant. We couldn't figure out why.

In addition to the meat dishes, we also tried the baked oysters, oyster granitas, and oscuro dessert (a molten dark chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream), all of which were fantastic. The service at the restaurant was equally excellent – everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and patient with our numerous questions. We truly appreciated the hospitality. I also loved the ambiance of the restaurant, which I thought was perfect for a Latino bistro bar. Overall, I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! Huge thanks to the management and staff for a wonderful dining experience.

My first visit was really amazing! I've never been in a fancy resto, but pampas is one of the best there! I gave her a tip of Notch rating. I tried the veranda and her gamben arggh! I say it's...for dying and heavenly it's good, no bias. I will definitely go back and recommend it to others, is it expensive? I don't tell anyone of the best affordable fine restaurants. and of course they are very warm and professional. good ambiente and if they are a few, they should visit this place. if you are looking for good food and good service, you should go to pampas.

Second time I've been here and quickly becoming one of my favorite places, particularly for a meat fix. Love the Beef Falda, Lamb Shoulder, and Porchetta. They also have this really good bread (I forget what you call it, but the waiter will know what...you are talking about). Service is very good efficient and very friendly. My only complaint is a rather weak drinks list very few wine choices, and not many cocktails available. Will definitely be back.
