Food was great, employee was cool, but I think someone was getting screamed at somewhere in the store which was weird

Food was good. However, they were out of ketchup, (except for packets). I mean what are fries without ketchup? The crew was apologetic, and I made it thru the meal, but let's not run out again!

Dakota was on the register this visit and he did a wonderful job!!! I always have a great experience here. Keep up the good work DQ staff.

Always get the most melted blizzards and attitude from this location. They don?t even turn the blizzards upside down because they know it?s soup. I never complain, this place is just terrible.

Ordered an Oreo cake online. Picked up cake. Didn?t appear to be an Oreo cake. I questioned that and was told it was. It wasn?t an Oreo cake! paid for an Oreo cake but got a plain cake. I informed staff at this DQ and they could care less. Offered me$3.21. Didn?t even offered me 1/2 what I paid. They could care less. Obviously this must be a common issue at this location atBallantrae. DO NOT order cakes here. You?ll be sorely disappointed. $3.21 for huge mistake. Inexcusable!!!!!!
