Half And Half Tea Express Pd - Pasadena

I visited Pasadena for the first time and originally planned to go to the Alhambra branch until I discovered there was one nearby. The person who made my large Almond Milk Tea with Honey Boba was amazing! I will definitely be returning soon!

Half and Half is by far the best boba place I've ever had. They have a variety of teas and many different options for toppings boba, pudding, grass jelly, etc. I refuse to go anywhere else.

The half and the half was my favorite tea spot for yeaars. her honeyboba is always the perfect amount of chewing gum never too hard or too soft. so many good options to choose on their huge menu and I love that their tee actually tastes like tee. yummy options, whether they want caffeine or no caffeine, milk or no milk. dear. my favorites: lavender milk tee with boba, mandel fresh milk tee with boba, regular milk tee with boba, wintermelon lemonade no caffeine, lychee green tee, strawberry green tee

I was driving and wanted a drink for the road. I decided to make a quick stop at Half Half. DRINK: I got the Hot Grass Jelly drink and choice of 2 toppings; taro and boba. The drink was just that! The overall texture was thick and hearty. The taro was in chunks and grass jelly taste were thick and fresh. The boba was chewy. This is a hot and decaffeinated option and comes with a spoon. PRICE: The price was reasonable for the big size cups. SERVICE: Friendly staff and quick service. PARKING: There were lots of parking in the plaza shared with big stores like Trader Joe's and CVS. A side note to make is they charge for bags and don't have drink trays I got 2 of the same drink, so it would have been helpful since my cupholders in my car were full. This Half Half is on my way home, so the next time I need a quick fix, this would be a good option.

The drink tasted like overpriced water with boba. I’m not sure if it was because we asked for "less ice," but the overall experience was disappointing. The service was terrible; the staff member seemed indifferent and didn't treat first-time customers well. When we asked for recommendations, they showed little enthusiasm. I won’t be returning.
