Apex - Park City

Service was extremely slow. Server only stopped by if they were flagged down. Extremely slow to receive the food and additional items that were requested. Food was overcooked like it had sat under a heat lamp waiting to be served. Very disappointing for the price point and reputation of the montage.

The whole place was snooty starting with the man seating us. He was rude to the other employees and it was upsetting. Our waiter was great and friendly. The food was ok but nothing special.

Welcome was cool. Taken to a table for 4 when we had booked for 5 people. Pointed this out nicely and a roll of the eyes by the lady didn’t set us out for a great night. Hung about in with other diners then put to the side while they decided where to place us. I did feel I was encroaching on another table when put at the end of two small tables placed together. Best of all is that a table for 6 was set up already next to where we sat and was never used! Lady serving food was nice and jolly. Wine server nice and seemed knowledgable. Poured for us twice then we had to take over ourselves. Food was maybe a bit above average overall. Salmon and beet salad were good. Lobster too plain with a little side of sauce spread on plate. Fish mix plate good. King crab very good. Mac n cheese and asparagus fair. Make better at home. Had been expecting so much more. Shame. Came on first night here hoping to possibly return as the menu looked good. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

Excellent service and food was amazing. Very nice family friendly restaurant with a great view.

Waitress was awesome as was the wine Somelier. Excellent recommendations and level of service.
