Provincial passage for RV neurologist, we fell by chance on this place. Very kind and attentive staff. Delicious dishes. A treat. Not disappointed and pleasantly surprised. Value for money very well. We recommend and encourage to go.

I am very pleased with my experience at Bozen! The food was delicious and authentic, truly a fusion between the hideous and Japanese cuisine. The service was fast, with employees who know the menu well and can recommend the best dishes. I chose the menu of the Midi which was very correct on the value/price ratio. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and delicious culinary experience!

The kitchen is completely open to the restaurant, the chefs shout between them, it is absolutely not pleasant. They make more noise than all the customers sitting. In addition, service is not the warmest. A good taste for the dish
