Contribuiți la feedbackA bit slanted, but the service was prompt and helpful. the crumb with butter, sugar and banana was the best we had in paris. the waitress allowed my man to have a child part for dinner. quiche was excellent as the salat parisienne.
This was a very nice bistro, a lot of tourist traffic, but the staff was helpful. not too expensive for the opposite distance of pullman and mercure eiffel. I would recommend to lunch.
We visited this restaurant as it was recommended by some friends. It was delicious and very reasonably priced for both drinks and meals. Each of our meals were fresh, tasty and showcased the delicious ingredients of France. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and accommodating to my allergies. Would definitely visit again.
This place was recommended by 2 different groups of friends. It's a prix-fixe of 3 courses for 33 Euros. Certain items add a little to your bill. The restaurant is closed Sat and Sunday but is full the nights it's opened. The menu is written on a chalk board and although it's mostly locals, there was a chalk board in English as well. Food was delicious and the service was very good. Well worth a visit.
We visited the restaurants 3 times during our stay. Two of the 3 times were perfect. But the last visit (one day before the restaurant closed for vacation) missed the point. If the restaurant were to be highly consistent in its cooking level, it would earn a michelin star. The chef is really talented, and the restaurant produces modern french cuisine. It is an amazing value, as evidenced by fully booked dining room on all weekdays.The pea soup and the gambas appetizer were outstanding. Especially the pea soup, which contains a small mint ice cream, is a tour-de-force in creativity. The braised beef and hake dish were always good and consistent. The issue we had was with the porc dish. One time we tried, it was the most amazing dish among the three (beef, fish and porc). The porc was tender, juicy and full of flavor. However, the 2nd time we had it, it completely missed the mark. The meat was not thoroughly marinated sufficiently, thus lacking flavor, and was overcooked, which made the texture completely wrong. Perhaps it was the last day before the month-long vacation. But with a talent like this, the restaurant should work on consistency in order to go further.The restaurant does not open on weekends.
