Artisan Xiang Ze Xuan Suling

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt I should warn others of this restaurant as they tried to rip me off by overcharging me.They have a disgusting level of service and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!I ordered a portion of rice and 1 spring roll for take-out and they charged me €10. (The displayed prices appear cheap however when you look closely they are per 100g, which is printed in barely visible font!!)(I would also like to point out that the food wasn’t fresh and didn’t taste like I had expected!)When I got back to my hotel to eat I saw they had given me 2 spring rolls, so naturally I checked my receipt.On the receipt they had charged me correctly for the rice per 100g (which they did NOT weigh in front of me).However they had charged me for 5 spring rolls!! 5!! At €1.20 each that’s quite hefty for 2 spring rolls!!I was VERY annoyed so I went back to the restaurant.When I entered, I saw the 2 girls who had served me and they had a knowing look on their face.I explained I had been overcharged to the 1st girl and the second one looked sheepish behind her and then went to serve another customer.When I looked over there was a 3rd server sitting at the table by the till who was leaning in to listen.It clearly felt like this is not the first time this has happened and they were trying to avoid eye contact with me.The girl did not question me and worked out the difference and returned it to me.I made my feelings clear and told her I was going to report this to the police and trading standards. (Which I have done)She started speaking another language and pretending she did not acknowledge what I had said. However she spoke perfect English earlier when she was trying to upsell me sauces and other dishes!!

I really wanted to love this place, it's so close.

While the food was good enough at a reasonable price for large portions that could easily be divided, the restaurant had a smell of seafood quite stinky

How can this place have only one opinion? It's a great place for Greek cuisine.
