Thank you very much for this wonderful moment and your attention to my daughter who celebrated her 18 years. We will keep a very good memory of our evening. Our taste buds have never had such pleasure, thank you to the chief!

By adding a little more ‘spectacle’ with foods that fly away etc, you will achieve perfection!

A real culinary experience. The Benkay menu is a parade of the best dishes (St Jacques, foie gras, lobster, Wagyu beef... with quantities perfectly adapted for both to enjoy and to finish without effort. The service is perfect, the Chef was dedicated to us throughout the dinner (a chance, there is no more satisfying than seeing his plate prepared under his eyes! Dinner without a dead time, very well rhymed. A memory that will remain!
