Delicious and clean !!!! Will visit again to eat !! OPEN LUMPIA MY FAVORITE
Inanang loves deconstructing food which makes their menu a plethora of incredly unique cuisine, almost verging on eccentricity. I most especially loved their Open Face Lumpia and their Belly Roll Sinigang. The former was a unique twist for the traditional Lumpiang Gulay by giving it crunchy textures and a rather complex peanut sauce drizzled all over the vegetables while the latter was a unique concotion of both familiar and unique ingredients that give the deconstructed crispy Sinigang a dynamic sour flavor. Inanang can be a challenge at first if you expect an orthodox experience. However, if you love exploring a freshly unique menu, I assure you that you'll be able to have an innovative experience at Inanang. A perfect 5 for me.
Open face lumpia unique but it was just good. However, their Lechon sisig is the best! What I always look for in this resto
Sunday noon. We had no idea where to eat. It was either go to our usual restos in BF, like Mandarin, Gourmet, Little Quiapo, Contis, you name it; But the parking... So here we were driving, when we passed by Inanang with 2 parked vehicles and with parking space still wide open. We made a U turn and decided to try this joint out of luck and curiosity. We ordered the Open Face Lumpia, Lechon Sisig, Lola's Laing, Bicol Express, a platter of rice and a pitcher of lemonade for a party of four hungry peeps. The orders arrived and the presentation was very nice, like ordering at high end restos. Very instragrammable food presentation. So out with our cellphones...I do apologize for my food pictures, I don't think I have given each food full justice. Anyways, back to the food. Lechon and chicharon seemed to be the common denominator with different sauces (Bicol Express and Lechon Sisig) but don't get me wrong. They were pretty good. The Open Faced Lumpia was consumed in a jiff. The Laing had crispy dilis, which was ok as well. I think Inanang has a pretty good selection that's value for the money. However, they don't accept plastic cards at this time, so don't forget to bring cash. We ended up with a bill of about 350 per pax, a happy belly and with a doggy bag to boot. Now the space, set-up of the dining area is casual and clean. Tables mainly good for four with paper mats, inverted plates and napkin covered cutlery. I guess they can accomodate around 30 to 36, or so? Staff friendly and accomodating. No worries on this end for us. The only worry for clients like us, I think, would be the parking space. Four vehicles per establishment, and they share the building with other eateries. So when it gets busy, parking might be a problem. But don't be discouraged, I really don't know the traffic of these eateries in its entirety. So I suggest, just drive by, see if you can park and try Inanang's Filipino Dishes. We enjoyed our little detour, and maybe, you'll find it to your liking as well.
