Dunkin' - Paramus

This Dunkin' location is one of the worst I've ever visited, and I've been to quite a few. I sometimes stop in for convenience since it's nearby, but I always leave feeling disappointed. The staff here are consistently unhelpful. The management of this franchise really needs to step up. Over the past decade, I've probably visited this location 10 to 20 times, and I've only had a positive experience about five times. It's my own fault for returning, as I keep hoping it will be different, but it never is.

I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. If you pay extra for items like turbo shots, additional cheese, and bacon, they will take your money but won't deliver what you actually ordered. This feels like theft.

A great spot to grab a quick coffee when you're in a rush.

Workers hate their lives. Always look miserable. Unfortunately I have to stop by here every morning because of the commute. They?re careless. If you order assorted donuts, make sure they?re assorted and fresh or else these guys will give youyesterday?s donuts. They desperately need new management and employees.

Stopped at this location for the first time and learned Customer Service is adequate but clearly not their primary focus. ...or perhaps not the primary focus of the person who served me at that particular time. I didn't take it personal, and neither isthis review personal, but my honest review is that my local Dunkins are far better than this location at customer service withthe same great products to offer. Hope it changes
