Dunkin' - Paramus

Loved how fast the service was and got my drink exactly how I wanted. The service here is great thanks to an employee named Angelina. She really had a positive attitude even when I was taking forever. The patience here is great will be coming again.

Well it was my first time visiting New Jersey and while I was there I went and tried out this Dunkin’ Donuts store and may I say the experience was that best there was a worker named Angelina she’s the sweetest young lady I ever met she welcomed me in with a big beautiful smile was very patient and very helpful cause I was completely indecisive that day and she told me all her personal favorites just to help me out she was so very kind and patient with me including with the other customers cause there was a lot of people and she was there all my herself doing everything at once she’s amazing I tell ya keep up the great work lovely

I came inside with my two girls and the girl at the front was so sweet and served me with a smile…she was really patient with me since I did not know what I wanted. Safe to say I’d come back

With all the great donut shops popping up, Dunkin really needs to step up their game!Donuts shipping pre baked from an out of town ghost kitchen just don 't taste or sound appealing.I used to look forward to Dunkin donuts on occasion, however it 's just not fulfilling the crave for donuts lately ? I hope they figure out how to bring freshly baked donuts back like Mr Dunkin gave his life for....TIME TO MAKE THE DONUTS!!!!!! He didn 't say time to ship the donuts. Come on Dunkin donuts, you can do it right again!

Just ordered two medium iced coffees and got milk with barely any coffee. I went in amd kindly asked the employee to please redo them with less milk. She was very rude and had a nasty demeanor. She purposely made it exactly the same way smiled and shoved them towards me. Such terrible service , safe to say I’ll never return to this Dunkin!!
